the shadowing and light in your face was done really well, it looks really realistic. if you had more time i would suggest going back in and adding more detail into the hands.
Very nice shadows and detail. I like the sharp edges you used. But I'd lighten the shadow around the eye closer to the "camera", it looks a little like a black eye when it's that dark; or else darken the other eye as well, so it'll look more like a dark shadow.
This is a great image because of the attention paid to detail throughout the entire picture. Even the background in it has very unique details included in it. One idea that you might want to add is toning down the background white colors to make them blend in more to the surroundings.
The light overall looks very natural. Virtually every aspect of the background is realistic as well. The only thing that really needs work is the foreground. Nice job!
This course will develop & hone student's skills in working with image & text as they create solutions to a series of design problems. Visual literacy will be increased through exposure to contemporary design issues & graphic design history. Students will expand their proficiency in all aspects of the design process, including creative brainstorming, conceptualizing, critical thinking, collaboration & presentation. Students will create work by hand but predominantly in digital form with industry standard programs as in Adobe's Creative Suite.
