Partial Color in a Black and White Picture

- Open image in Photoshop

- Unlock Background

- Change the Saturation to black/white (all the way to the left)

- So now the picture is black and white

- Open new layer

- Click on the History Brush Tool (looks like a paint brush w/ an arrow behind it)

- Making sure the color pallet is black over white

- Paint over the things you want to color in
