2. Start by using the feathered brush at a very small size and paint on eyeliner, mascara and lipstick (using the eyedropper tool to pick the real color than the lips, then just make it slightly more dark/pink-y)
3. Then, get a picture of a very feminine dress/bathing suit, and delete the background using the magic wand tool or quick selection tool.
4. Place with the correct size and rotation onto the image. To make the person look like they're actually wearing the clothing item, do any erasing needed to fit the body lines exactly on the outside with the feathered pen tool.
5. Then double click the layer with the clothing and add a drop shadow.
6. Then, find a picture of a girl with long hair, and carefully trace the hair from that picture, copy it and apply to the image of the boy. (this is the trickiest step, because hair is hard to trace, and its difficult to fit it to the boys face shape)
7. Fill in any gaps or make the hair longer by using the clone stamp and using any point of the hair as a source point.
8. And as an optional step, just making the boy look even girly-er, you can add a headband/bow, using the same steps from when you added the bathing suit, deleting the background, feathered eraser, and drop shadow.
