Spencer Iuliano Zoom effect

1. Select all of your Photo.

2. deselect anything that you do not want zoomed or where you want the focus to be.

3. go to:

A. Filter

B. Blur

C. Radial Blur

4. then select zoom effect (under Blur method)

5. change the slider on top for a more intense blur (right) less intense (left)

6. use the box on the left to change the orientation.

7. click "ok"
